Think-tank style research for discovering how to enable effective rail communications between African cities and to rural Africa. Research may apply to other continents also.

- Investigating current practices and large-scale projects [1].
- Following discussions and events - conferences, trade shows, magazines, etc. [1, 2, 3]
- Discovering commercial and national rail companies [1] and their practices.
- Creating short research documents on African rail issues - coming in Winter 2025.
- Coordinating with African rail charities and organizations to exchange knowledge and ideas.
